Buyer is responsible for rigging, loading, transport, and all shipping arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Buyer acknowledges that, aside from the disclosed burnt-out vacuum pump, additional defects or concerns may exist that are unknown to Seller. Equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and Seller shall not be responsible for any issues, repairs, losses, or claims arising before or after the sale.

Transportation; Transfer of Risk. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the equipment upon pickup, loading, or release to Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier, whichever occurs first. Seller shall have no responsibility or liability for any damage, breakage, shifting, theft, delay, loss, or other harm occurring during rigging, loading, transit, delivery, or unloading, regardless of cause, and Buyer releases Seller from any such claims.
