Jaime Hamilton, Owner/Director
M.A. Communication Studies
ProfessorJaime Hamilton has dedicated over two decades to teaching in Higher Education, emphasizing the profound impact of effective communication on our relationships and everyday lives. She fervently believes that communication, integral to human behavior, often remains undervalued. Jaime's teaching methodology, enriched by real-life experiences, spotlights innovative communication strategies. Passionate about bridging academic insights with practical human behavior, she aims for a deeper understanding of our surrounding world. Jaime founded The Comm Experts, extending her communication coaching beyond academia. Holding a B.S. and M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Central Missouri and further research education from the University of South Wales, UK, her expertise lies in Rhetorical Theory and Applied Communication. Through her work, Jaime seeks to enhance relationships, helping individuals realize their utmost potential.
Kirstin, Music Director

Kirstin grew up in Layton, Utah. She earned her bachelor's degree in Music Education at Brigham Young University. She loves creating connections with each student, and cultivating unique lessons according to their needs and goals. Along with her love of teaching, she works updating and writing curriculum, training teachers, and finding new ways to help students learn. She also loves to sing! As a seasoned vocalist, she leads the Academy's vocal/choir programs. She hopes to inspire a love of music in her students by using expansive repertoire and techniques for well-rounded, knowledgable students.
Caleb Lawson, Robotics
B.S. Mechanical Engineering
A distinguished Mechanical Engineering graduate from Brigham Young University, our faculty member excels in both academia and industry. At Pyrexar Medical Inc., they led innovative design projects, including a water system for hyperthermia devices. Their tenure at Rapid Reboot involved streamlining manufacturing processes and automation device development. Academically, they enhanced student learning in mechatronics at BYU and directed a Senior Capstone Project at BD Medical, focusing on IV placement systems. Their diverse expertise spans from microcontroller programming to biomechanics, showcasing a blend of technical skill and educational leadership.
Ashley Jordan, Special Events Coordinator, Ukulele and Photography Teacher
Born and raised in the picturesque landscapes of Southern Utah, Ashley has always been deeply connected to both music, photography, and art. Her musical odyssey began with the graceful strings of the violin, an instrument that laid the foundation for her evolving passions. Today, she melodiously weaves stories through her singing, strumming the guitar, and crafting original songs. But music isn't her only muse. Ashley’s love for the great outdoors often leads her on photographic adventures, capturing the world through her artistic lens. When not immersed in her creative pursuits, she treasures moments spent in the company of friends, sharing laughter and memories. With a heart full of song and an eye for beauty, Ashley is a true testament to the enriching power of the arts.

Spencer, Video Game Design
As the Former Head Sensei at Code Ninjas and a Mentor at Code to Success, this dedicated educator has been shaping young minds in Orem, Utah, since 2017. Specializing in full-stack development, they bring advanced knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in C# and Python to their teaching. They excel in problem-solving, creativity, organization, and technical application, fostering critical thinking and confidence in students through personalized tutoring and positive reinforcement. With interests in gaming, coding, drawing, 3D printing, and rock climbing, they create a dynamic learning environment at the STEM and Arts Academy, inspiring a new generation of innovative thinkers and creators.

Jules is an adept professional who seamlessly weaves her expertise in photography, art, and communication into her role. With a solid background in office administration, she brings a unique blend of creativity and structure to our organization. Her organizational prowess ensures streamlined processes, while her effective communication skills foster a cohesive and collaborative environment. Beyond her professional attributes, she recently celebrated the joy of marriage and cherishes moments spent hiking or creating memories with friends and family. An accomplished coding and robotics teacher at Utah STEM & Arts Academy in Lehi, Utah, Eleanore has a rich background in programming, web development, and customer service. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Portland State University, she exceled in languages like C++, Python, and JavaScript. Their expertise extends to 3D modeling, 2D animation, and using Arduino for teaching programming and circuitry. Her tenure as an Arduino Device Technician at Reed College Biology Lab highlights their technical versatility and commitment to lifelong learning and teaching.
Ethan Clegg, Video Game Design and Coding

Ethan has been with Utah STEM & Arts Academy since 2023. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Utah Valley University, they specialize in assisting students to overcome challenges in coding and game creation. Their experience includes not only teaching but also hands-on development of an open-world game and a compiler as personal projects. Proficient in multiple programming languages like C++, Java, and C#, and tools like Unity Game Engine, they adeptly blend technical expertise with practical teaching to inspire the next generation of coders and game developers.
