Tuition & Pricing

UFA Scholarship Recipients (Homeschool)

  • $650 per semester — all group classes

  • $680 per semester — private music classes (piano, voice, ukulele, drums)

Pay through the Odyssey Parent Portal (UFA Marketplace).

Direct Payments (No Scholarship)

  • $36 per class, billed monthly — group classes

  • $38 per class, billed monthly — private music classes

We can provide semester or yearly invoices upon request.

Private School Enrollment (Full-Year)

  • $6,000 for the academic year — all private-school students
    You do not need to be a UFA recipient to enroll as a Private School student.

How to Pay for Classes


1) UFA Homeschool Marketplace (Vendor) Scholarship

Who this is for: Families using the Utah Fits All (UFA) scholarship for homeschool students.

 

You have two ways to pay for classes:

Option A — Pay out of pocket, then get reimbursed

  • Pay our monthly invoice with your own card.

  • Upload that invoice/receipt to the Odyssey Parent Portal for reimbursement through the UFA Marketplace.

Option B — Purchase a “Bundle” on the UFA Marketplace (Odyssey)

  • Log in to the Odyssey Parent Portal → Shop Marketplace.

  • Search for Utah STEM & Arts Academy and select a Semester Bundle.

  • The bundle covers a full semester of classes at once, paid directly through your UFA funds.

Tip: Choose Option B if you prefer to spend UFA funds up front and avoid reimbursements.


2) UFA Private School Recipients

Who this is for: Families using UFA to enroll as private school students with us.

  • Enter $6,000 for the full-year tuition amount in the Odyssey Parent Portal.

  • This is required by UFA to be considered a private school student for the year.

3) Direct Payments (No Scholarship)

Who this is for: Families paying out of pocket without UFA funds or families needing reimbursement through OpenEd, Harmony, and/or Children's First Education Fund

  • Tuition is calculated per class and billed monthly.

  • Makeup classes are offered in lieu of reimbursements for missed classes.

  • Need a consolidated bill? We can provide semester or yearly invoices upon request.

What’s the fastest way to use UFA funds?


If you’re a homeschool recipient, purchasing a Semester Bundle in the Odyssey Marketplace is the simplest—no reimbursement steps.

 

Can I mix methods (e.g., bundle + monthly pay)?

Yes, many families use a bundle for core classes and pay out of pocket monthly for extras, then submit those receipts for reimbursement.

 

How do I get to the Marketplace?

 

Go to the Odyssey Parent Portal, open your Wallet, then tap Shop Marketplace and search Utah STEM & Arts Academy.

 

Do you charge late fees?


Please see our tuition policy. We recommend setting up autopay for direct payments.

Homeschool Classes 
Our homeschool classes, running from 10 AM to 3 PM, offer small group sizes of 3-7 students for personalized, expert instruction. Taught by highly proficient teachers, our classes are designed to provide an engaging, hands-on learning experience. Parents can customize their child's schedule by enrolling in single classes or taking advantage of our convenient Homeschool Blocks, which allow for back-to-back classes. Whether you’re looking for flexibility or a full day of learning, we have options to fit every homeschool family’s needs.
